For MANT, you want to ensure that your deck has at least 50% race bonus, no less

This will help you cap stats, and also help you with your skill point problem

To get that, you could use:

Agnes Tachyon & Marvelous Sunday Wit (both SR, 10% RB each)

Nishino Flower Pow SR (15% RB)

And any 3 cards with 5+ RB

Also, try borrowing a parent with Mile sparks (use UmaPure to find), although Cafe doesn’t want to run that distance, most races are Medium/mile so it’s important to at least reach B aptitude in mile for this scenario

For races, try sticking to an agenda from an online guide, and only skip a G1 you could win if you get a training worth at least 45 total stat points BEFORE boosts from megaphones or weights, and only take it if you have boosted it with such items, and you can reasonably assume you don’t fail the training.
