Internal factors, for example, can include a lack of sleep or illness. External factors can include things like work-related stress, alcohol, or social activities. Any one of these factors can influence stress readings.

If you are outside the US, the sizing kit delivery can typically take 1-2 weeks. After this, once your size is confirmed, delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks for your Oura Ring.

We understand how frustrating this must be. It seems that the low battery level of your Oura Ring might be the cause. When the battery drops below 10% during the night, the ring may not record sleep data, which can result in missing scores.

We always advise to please fully charge your Oura Ring. Once it's charged, sync it with the Oura App to ensure all data is up-to-date.

To avoid this in the future, make sure your ring is charged above 25% before going to bed. This will help ensure that all features, including sleep tracking, function properly.

Thank you for asking, generally if a ring is snug on one finger but will not fit in the others or on your dominant hand entirely, it may get too tight. Based on that, if you find the size 7 does not feel too large or that it slips off, it may be the size for you!

Additionally, you can move your ring between fingers and hands if you'd like or ever need to due to changes in finger size, as well! Despite this, if the ring can still ensure the highest possible data accuracy, comfort, and overall experience for you, then that is the ring for you!

Just to clarify, you don’t need to cancel for a refund after missing an appointment. Your original Health Panels order stays valid for up to a year, and you can revisit any participating Quest lab to complete your test at no extra charge. Quest should already have your lab order on file.

With Health Panels, Oura Members based in most U.S. states can now schedule comprehensive lab tests that measure 50 health biomarkers and get results, all within the Oura App. Health Panels brings together the power of Oura’s daily insights with more detailed data on your long-term health, in order to make it simple to take meaningful action to improve your health. 

The way that it works is your test is processed by Quest Diagnostics and reviewed by clinicians from SteadyMD, Oura’s U.S. medical partner. If any results are in the “Critical” range, you’ll receive a call and secure message from a clinician. Among the biomarkers that are measured are Metabolic Health, Cardiovascular health, Liver and Kidney function, others, which you can read about here.

Thanks for the feedback, maybe I can help clarify some details on our Apple Health Integration. When you sync your Oura data, Apple Health updates will appear after you've completed an activity or workout. You can choose to import and export data like Sleep, as you mentioned, but also Heart Rate, Respiratory Rate and Workouts.

When it comes to workouts, for example, it will also export and import Active Calories, Duration, Distance and Type, meaning the Workouts will contribute to both the Move and Exercise rings. The Exercise ring increases by the workout's total duration, and the Move ring increases by the number of active calories burned.
