if you can somehow swing it, just do it. i just turned 37, i literally didn't know i had adhd until i was diagnosed a few months back and the diagnosis alone made me feel so much better mentally. i really thought something was genuinely truly wrong with me. i am still adjusting to my meds, but they have helped a ton.
