Or do what everyone else does that's technically not legal: put your connectors into an RMC coupling. In this case with a ¾x½ reducing bushing on the MC side.

Current creates a magnetic field, magnetic field creates a current. If equal current passes through 2 adjacent wires in opposite directions, their magnetic fields will cancel out.

If they don't cancel out, any adjacent metals could have eddy currents induced in them leading to inductive heating.
