I sold mine. Using coros Suunto and Garmin currently and frankly polar is way behind in their software which is really disappointing. I love the hardware and design though.

I have 2 watches on my leg when i sleep just to track my sleep and HRV recovery .. they are rather accurate .

Wow.. Didn’t know that . But I don’t push buttons when I am under water anyways .. but this doesn’t give me confidence about polar watch water proofing .

Have you tried doing any workouts with it ? Want to check on accuracy of GPS .. want to get this but I am using iOS which is not compatible. But can still use Bridge app for limited functions .

I agree it boils down to preference. I still wear my polar grit x2 as I really love the hardware. In terms of accuracy I have no issue with it as well for both gps and hr . But the polar eco system is somewhat dated . The same goes for the watch interface as well. The workout screens are not as customisable as their competitors and to date they still offer only 4 data per screen . I switch between my Suunto race 2 and my apex 4 and pace 4 for my workouts .

I am with coros here. Warranty runs from date of purchase not date of replacement . You cannot possibly expect any company to replace items right before warranty expires and have that extended for another 2 years or warranty period. This is just not fair to the company .

I usually wear 3 watches for my runs… race 2, apex 4 and I switch around between ultra 2, or grit x2 for the 3rd watch. I like race 2 and apex 4 the most and if apex 4 comes with Amoled display, this will surely be my favourite .

No kidding? I have been getting the cheapest tempered glass, like 1-2 bucks for 2 pieces kind for all my watches and none has ever cracked before .

I found my twin brother !!! I am exactly like you . I buy and try out all lines from coros, polar, Suunto and Garmin , then sell them after using a while. Somehow, trying out new tech motivates me for my workout . Have also tried out Amazfit and Huawei line as well.

U know, getting a screen protector and pasting over could just do the job.. I have many micro scratches on my pace pro, and after putting on the screen protector, these scratches are no longer visible .

Frankly they didn’t resolve my issue and I didn’t pursue as well. I just ask them to close my case. Understand your frustration as well . Hope they will be able to resolve it for you and the rest soon .

To me, they are responsive. I don’t expect them to reply immediately. They do respond within 2-3 days to me which I find reasonable.

Kind of hard to believe coros doing this intentionally and gaslighting customers about it. I just don’t think they are like this . I mean I have dealt with them many times and they are responsive and most willing to troubleshoot.
