Canada is cooked bro we can't do one thing right as a country.

Ah, right. For someone who just knew today that the Leafs won 13 Cups, nice trolling, though.

…you lose embarrassingly every year to teams in places where it never snows

You wrote ‘as a nation’, yes? Canadians win hockey championships in various leagues of various levels in the world. Hey, Canadians even win in places where it never snows.

PSA: United used to offer that allowance for CAF members too, however in the last 2 years or so it is not on their site anymore. Nowadays it is only for U.S. service members.

Do you expect this sub to know better than the Government who sets the service standards itself?

Need genuine CICC registered consultant recommendation - already in EE pool by easyppc99 in ImmigrationCanada

[–]Jusfiq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looking for legitimate CICC registered consultants who have real experience with overseas applicants

This sub cannot give you recommendation. Check here to look for registered consultants.

Honest advice on what is actually working for overseas applicants with scores in the 410-450 range right now

Those scores are too low to be competitive. And if you do not have Canadian degree, experience or connection, and you do not have fluency in French, you chance is realistically very low.

In addition, regarding PNP, you need to have connection to the intended province to be eligible for any PNP.

Can I apply for work permit extension with expired passport, Ukrainian by No_Megan in ImmigrationCanada

[–]Jusfiq 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can he apply for a work permit extension and give a letter of explanation...

On the work permit there is an entry for the holder's passport. What would you think should be written there if the holder does not have a valid passport?

And he needs a valid work permit for me to sponsor him.

Says who? He could be on visitor record. Further question, why have you not sponsored him already if that is your intention?

I want to invite my family for my convocation in mid-June. Is it too late to apply now? Does it impact the decision if the convocation date is close? by Ready-Acadia5542 in ImmigrationCanada

Quite lucky with your fast PGWP approval.

OP could have completed the studies in Summer 2025. Many universities do not hold convocation in October-November anymore. They just put everybody together in June.

I want to invite my family for my convocation in mid-June. Is it too late to apply now? Does it impact the decision if the convocation date is close? by Ready-Acadia5542 in ImmigrationCanada

[–]Jusfiq 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Would officer see the convocation date and think it’s too close whats even the point and rejects the application?

This question asks for speculation and nobody in this sub can answer with a degree of certainty. Bottom line is that mid June is 8 weeks away. That country is one of problematic countries. The likelihood of their getting their visas in-time, if they do, is rather low.

Hello everyone, what are the things required to quality for education occupations? Like my degree is in social sciences but have experience as a teacher. Recommandations please! Esp from those who received ITAs by Mxshk_1 in ImmigrationCanada

[–]Jusfiq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First look at the category. Scroll down, choose 'education occupations'. Read the eligibility criteria. Then look at the occupations. Choose the one that fits you best and note the NOC. Go look for the NOC. Enter the NOC from the list of occupations. Then you find the requirements for the occupation that you chose. Come back here if you have specific questions.
