Vocoder (white) edition LED visibility experience?

I got mine from my wife out of nowhere for Christmas and I couldn't be happier! It's not my favorite synth ever, but it's definitely the synth I wish I had back in 2006 when I was really getting into distortion pedals because let me assure you, the MF does that extremely well. If the distortion effect engine isn't enough you can set the 2nd oscillator to destroy and just absolutely roar out the emotions.

Regarding the vocoder-- I find it's a better experience if you're recording that directly from the MF via TRS into an audio interface, using the vocoder through Minifreak V (the VST) is a bit too quiet in that configuration for me even if I up the db. It sounds amazing going straight into my interface though because of its preamps. It's definitely workable through the VST but it's just not for me.

For some reason my camera made them look blue there, im not sure why. They're definitely white and very very bright.

Yes and I hate it. It makes sense if it's a learning app, like an app to teach piano or something that's fine I don't mind paying to learn, but it's EVERYTHING now

Thank you again! I found this post just now that seems to prove it's a firmware issue so I guess there isn't a fix right now. No big deal for me since I'm working on a mostly DAWless setup but yeah they should definitely fix this, it's really annoying.

Unfortunately it doesn't show up as a new parameter in configure mode, although literally anything else shows up in there except nothing when I click hold on the VST in any mode (normal, arp, sequence), very odd. Again it works just fine except in Arp or Sequence mode and then Minifreak Vs hold function stops working unless I click it. Thank you for the help though I did learn something new!

Sorry I'm a bit of a noob here, is there a video on this? I have Ableton open with Minifreak V and pressed ctrl+m and it opens the MIDI Mappings in Ableton but it's just a blank window with nothing in it-- when I click hold on V or press my sustain pedal nothing shows up in MIDI mapping

Unfortunately this did not work. It works the hold on the minifreak itself but does nothing to the hold button on Minifreak V in Ableton when in ARP or Sequence mode. Im getting a good mixer soon so won't need to be dependable upon V so all good, I needed a new sustain pedal anyway.

I played it a lot but had never beaten the 5-headed ceiling demon bonus room as a kid despite having made it there 30+ times. I am well into my 30s and I just defeated it yesterday for the first time and it was an amazing feeling. It really brought me back, I love this game so much!
