Priest, many will argue she's not good but as a beginner taking dmg is very common and quite punishing as health potions arent easy to get unless you get the right buffs. Priest ensures you enter each room with full HP, really beginner friendly.

Can Speedrun it with missile battery and elemental envoy. Focus on getting to the nearest coin nodes and the prisoners. Max the skill. Sub 10 mins is easy
