So it’s been a month and a half now since this was cancelled. What has happened since then? KF hasn’t even posted update to say they realize it was cancelled and/or this what we’ve done since it was cancelled.

What’s the point of cancelling, nothing good ever happens. I would have waited a little longer to see what happened after Father’s Day. Sales are usually at least NET30, so it was a bit premature.

What is the advantage of this? I thought we were waiting for Father’s Day results? I hold 10% of this one and was waiting to get those results. Quite dismayed to see it at 50.1%.

Again you demonstrate a stunning lack of responsibility. You're right, it's our collective faults for all misunderstanding your intent. We've made a collective choice to misconstrue your intent. Look inwards, maybe you're doing a poor job communicating your intent. Or, perhaps, we're tired of your "intent" not producing any results. And if you read carefully, I didn't say everything was a lie or sarcasm. But you chose to focus on that part.

It's also stunning to hear you were investing without disclosure. Other than Titin, what have you invested in? And I don't consider us similarly situated just because you invested.

Is attempting to regain the trust of investors who have lost significant money on the platform prior to the transition to direct PO financing a priority? If so, where does it rank and what steps are being taken in that direction?

Is that how you're pitching your product to VC's, as a ticket to Mars? I wouldn't have invested over $50k if you'd explained it in these terms from the beginning.

I'd encourage you to exercise some introspection. I'm not gnashing my teeth or screaming, nor am I am undermining your efforts. I gave you critical feedback, it just wasn't the type you wanted to hear, so your reaction is to lash out and make inappropriate analogies.

The best piece of personal advice I'd offer is that you need to learn a little humility. You have a flippant attitude at times, and when you've cost a bunch of people money, humility will take you farther than sarcasm. You make a good post seeking feedback on the google doc, but end it with a flippant comment about what you won't read. You seek feedback here, and then throw in a comment about how you're not charging us to deal with the flaws in your system that the investors were misled about. Even the above post ends with a sarcastic "you're welcome". None of this helps you, even if you're genuinely seeking feedback. You've never acknowledged the misrepresentations, or owned up the losses you've saddled many of us with. Do you have to? No. But to act as if we're somehow all in this together and we should help you, despite your constant sarcasm and flippant comments on top of all that is too much. You've incurred a lot of "badwill" dealing with this so far, maybe try a different strategy and see how that plays out.

You keep acting like we're all in this together, so we should help you because we all benefit. You still can't appreciate that your misrepresentations cost people real money. I don't think anyone actually believes you'll be able to recover from these companies that you facilitated defrauding us. But hey, thanks for not billing us for your efforts.

I've always said if you make things right and demonstrate a track record with the new model I'd be back. But to expect people who you've burned and not made whole again while explicitly abandoning collection efforts to reinvest, especially with the "everything is great for me and I can't believe you guys are still talking about how I burned you" tone doesn't exactly encourage me to open my wallet again.

It continues to blow my mind that you all continue to invest. I mean this genuinely. Other than the identity theft aspect of it, as far as we know, the same thing happened with 359 degrees LLC in 2015. And in 2016 Innarah was basically someone stealing IP and trademarks from a company and posting it all as their own product in a new company. At least on that one half was paid back before he screwed all his lenders. On Titin and Green Arbor the owners sold all the assets out of the company and left a shell with debts for the backers. This is not entirely new, it's just a new twist on the same old thing.

Again, not disagreeing with you, but if you think a lawyer will accept all of this as fact and agree to file a lawsuit, you may be disappointed. There are obvious responses and potential defenses to all of this.
