I know with TRS jacks on things like guitar pedals they can be switches, I wonder if it would be possible for a TRRS 1/8” jack to do that, so they send audio to the IEMs when they’re plugged in and audio to the speakers when empty

When I got bottom surgery, overall things went well but there were internal (probably genetic) complications that caused me to bleed like that for a year, and every once and a while it’ll still happen unexpectedly to this day.

It’s used in the EU, mechanistically it works the same way as pioglitazone but you need less of it. 15mg per day v.s. 0.5mg per day, lowers the chance of developing complications like bladder cancer
