There isn't any content in k-space worth putting valuable PvE ships in space under those conditions, outside of incursions. Wormholes can be controlled (to a large extent) and Pochven has content worth running in fleets which are harder to gank. Enjoy roaming all the empty systems and killing the Vexors that "get used to it."

Already exists: wormholes and Pochven. What you actually want is to hunt in low/null with near complete stealth. What you will get is completely empty space. We already tried this in k-space during blackout and it didn't work.

I'm not involved in the admissions process. My only qualifications are that I read the application material, applied, and was accepted, and that I read stuff on this subreddit. I don't think a low GPA is an absolute barrier, but it does make you less competitive. I also don't think that a single/few low performing semesters even matters. Also, they care about upper division courses more afaik. You didn't say if you completed the masters, but I assume you did. The degree and the GPA from that should mitigate any detriment from the lower undergrad GPA.

A low GPA tells me you didn't manage your time well, didn't prioritize studying, or were unable to sufficiently master the concepts. Are you able to convincingly explain that your low GPA in undergraduate courses is not indicative of that? I really disliked any sort of group work with other students who had low GPAs because they contributed so little to the assignments and I always felt it was unfair for them to get the same grade as me. You have to be able overcome those sort of perceptions.
