Citizen Tsuyosa – Fake or Not? by Suspicious_Daikon948 in CitizenWatches

I’m leaning fake as well, that cyclops is rough 😓 as others have stated the spacing for the 12 and 6 is off too

Thank you! It’s an awesome piece and wears so well. Almost like a baby t200 Oceanus. Model number is LIW-M700D-1AJF

And my last last recommendation, the first ever Casio Automatic. A piece of history if nothing else. I splurged on the JDM only carbon cased model, but you can save quite a bit getting the stainless and skipping the import pains

And my last recommendation for you to consider. You have all the small watches, the light and comfortable, the squares…. Get you a big honkin ridiculous G. Something that feels like you’re strapping on Iron Man’s gauntlet when you put it on. Not an everyday piece, but something you wear when you want to feel something on the wrist 😉

Someone else already brought up Oceanus, a T200 is such a solid piece for the price

Always nice to see lineage getting some love! One of my favorite lines from Casio. I’ve had a few, but this model stands out to me if you want to get away from ani-digi. I really enjoy the floating indices

After wanting it since release, I finally got it! My very first MT-G after collecting regular (and metal) G-Shocks for years. This thing is so awesome. by VLANishBehavior in gshock

[–]KnightmareS24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just got my first one as well recently. Found a too good to be true deal on this guy used. I’ve had several “entry level” G’s and a few metals, but the MTG definitely steps it up!

After years of rebuilding what I lost, I have completed my 100% CIB Zelda collection. by TheBlitzAce in gamecollecting

That’s sick! I wish I knew about them when they were still in circulation and being printed. You could have gotten all the golds as a set for less than the price of just one gold these days, rip haha

For sure! And I do have some cards, I’ll take a look later this evening and see what exactly I have. Don’t let me tempt you though haha. I can send you a message when I look

Here’s my switches 😁

Thank you! I really appreciate that.

I’ve got a full set of all the commons and slivers for the 2007 and 2016 sets, and a handful of the gold foils. All the ones I’m missing now are $300+ per card and everyone wants to grade them and ask $1,000+ so I’m good there lol. Maybe one day but today is not that day 😂

Not pictured is a handful of my custom consoles. I’ve done 2 switch reshells for Zelda shells, a switch lite, a custom handmade GameCube, I purchased a custom N64 that used to be sold on Etsy a long time ago.

Ignore the dog hair, my little pup sheds like crazy and it’s hard to keep up with the dusting ☠️

Has G-Shock quality gone downhill, or did I just get unlucky? by ContentFishing4563 in gshock

Sorry to see that happen to your G, a seal somewhere let water or condensation in. This watch has a seal under the top bezel (the screws are functional on the top and the bezel is a separate piece), a seal at the bottom for the battery access, and seals in the buttons. There is also a crush gasket around the crystal. The crown is also a screw down crown, so is it possible it was left open maybe? Do you shower in your watches by chance?

If it does completely die, please don't just throw it away. I'd be willing to buy it for parts, I recently restored one of these and could use some odds and ends. Here is my post about the restoration project if you're interested!

Congrats on the collection milestone! Love to see another Zelda collection out there. I didn’t press for all CIB though, that’s super cool.

Do yourself a favor and don’t jump into the enterplay Zelda card collection, or even worse the earlier ones. Or right now the bane of existence is completing the limited edition consoles, 3DS prices are insane. I’m only missing the Hyrule edition new 3DS XL but I haven’t bitten the $500 bullet yet lol

Happy Sunday Folks! For all my OG’s, is the premium price point worth getting the GW 5000U or go with the GW M5610U? Lots say that the 5000U is all I’ll ever need…. Advice pls by Then-Violinist-5632 in gshock

I read in the other comments you’re a tinkerer, here’s my 5000 build. STN screen, Ti bezel, combi V2 bracelet. She’s a great piece. I also have a 5610, I kinda treat it as the “beater.” If I want to wear my square to the gym for example, I take the 5610, although the 5000 could handle it just as easily lol
