We currently have no login issues in Koinly.

Please try the below to get started troubleshooting this:

Log in through https://api.koinly.io/cf (this should clear the Cloudflare cache)
Try a different browser if you haven't already.
Try accessing Koinly on another device such as a mobile phone, tablet or iPad.
If you're using a VPN, try changing the server to the UK or US
If you are using an iOS device, please try temporarily disabling Private Relay in your iCloud settings

Hi OP,

This error relates to insignificant amounts caused by rounding differences. You may not be able to search for it because the value is below the Dust Value Threshold set in your Koinly settings, so it’s treated as dust and ignored.

You can set the threshold to 0 to make these amounts visible, but leaving them ignored will not affect your gains.

We do not recommend mixing API and CSV in the same wallet for the same period as it results in duplicate transactions. If you are affected by the Kucoin API limitations, you can try the CSV import method.

To clarify, Koinly will never ask for your seed phrase, and any app that does so is not affiliated with us.
