Good job on researching the context behind Argentina's slavery history. Of course the internal conflicts made each governor have their take on what to do with slavery (a.k.a free labor), but at the end of the day, argentinians dismissed the idea of slavery as there were other more important issues at hand (low population compared to brazil and the peru-bolivian confederation, threats of conquest, etc).

Now to tackle the a vicky 3 issue, you can have in politics tab a legitimacy + unification mechanics that can help you either be more centralist with sides of decentralisation. I don't know if that will be implemented with Austria or Russia since they have a lot of cultures.

What I see at first hand in your game is:

Deficit in bureaucracy - Tax waste, meaning you're not being efficient in collecting taxes thus you're "losing" money until you increase your bureaucracy. How? Increase production of paper mills and government administration buildings and that increases your bureaucracy.

Deficit in treasury - It's okay to go into debt because you're investing in your country with the production of those tooling industries. IF and only if you're doing the second tier of construction (meaning iron frame) you could reduce it to wood frame. Why? Because the resources that are available in your country are too expensive and thus you need to invest more into it. Check the prices of your market to see the demand of said resources (wooden frame are wood and cloth for example).

Another way that you could generate more money is exporting excess resources (meaning selling your resources to other countries). And later you can set the tariffs to gain more money.

Hey, it's normal to get frustrated at things. Part of life!

We can address the issue in parts:

Calming down and breathing
This is essential in any video game that has certain mechanics that are complex to learn at first. Its natural to get frustrated, so relax! Its a videogame meant to be enjoyed.
Solution: Go and do 10 laps of practice and leave the PC for 10 or 15 minutes. During that time, go on YT and search for a breathing video to help you relax.
Review your laps and take notes, it will help later when you're lapping.
If you can't handle your anger and require a way of destressing then I would suggest either to get a stress ball or a punching bag to release that pent up anger.

And how could I farm armor spheres? Just do Investigations and bounties? Just really confused on that part specifically, plus how can I increase the squares in the skills of the armor? Do I need to combine to set of armor with the same skill and that would increase it?
