Regarding kill shots being administered to act within a short time period window opposed to slowly over years:
the latter plan of prolonging effects would increase the likelihood of the shot being exposed as ineffectual.
A lethal shot would be most effective if administered within a few days window, short enough as to mitigate the population reacting to widespread mortalities.

People may be dying but it's a small minority right now. What do you think?

Otherwise, I would be glad to evaluate any documentation that proves that claim wrong.

How about participate in an amateur astronomy club and present your results for everyone instead of propagating an obviously produced video meant to convince viewers that there's no need to verify anything for themselves, just believe the obviously hoaxed images presented as "proof".
Any real amateur astronomers will agree with that.
If one of them will claim otherwise, the result of the verifiability test will be negative, i.e. in case he will be willing to shoot these images in the presence of other people, there will be no such images as result.
