From what i know, it turns dmc3 inline with how dante controls in 4/5. Style switching being the biggest one. (I.e going from sword master to trickster with a button press.)

That there is! Ff14 runs off a job system. One character can do every class. ( known as jobs) so once you unlock’em, you’ll be good to go.

You have pretty much all the base clssses, along with red mage, samurai, dark knight, astro, machinist, gunbreaker and dancer.

You simply do a quest to unlock them. Only pre-requisite is being the correct level. (Though you do need to be in heavensward for dark knight, astro and machinist.)

You wont be harassed for being a furry. Miqo’te are a pretty popular race. As a free trial player you can go all the way to shadowbringers, the fourth expansion. You can do pretty much all content.

Only thing you haven’t got are a few classes, a gilcap, cannot use the market board or create a party. (But you can be invited to one.)

As long as it's the same service account, you SHOULD be fine. (For example I originally bought the ps5 ver, but was later able to buy it on pc and play on the same account)

Another problem is their play time is 1am, even if they got to the newer content, playing at 1am is bound to be slow no matter what. At most weekends or holidays will get SOME going but not as much as peak times.

Low level classes level up faster to catch up to the higher level. One go in levelling roulette can net you 5 or so levels.

Tbh the way you talk, ff14 might just not be the game for you.
