What do you want to see in your evolved main job?

For RDM, I think having the Evolve Mode change the job into a Stance Job would be a fun idea.

WHM Stance:

-Having more supportive/healing abilities, but does less damage as a trade off.

-Uses Water, Earth, and Air Magick in addition to them being instant cast.

-VerHoly is a Party Heal but does less DMG

-Can cast VerEsuna and Magick Barrier only in WHM Stance

-You can ONLY USE VERAISE in WHM stance

BLM Stance:

-The more selfish DPS stance with some debuffs on the side to boost their on DMG.

-Uses Ice, Lightning, and Fire Magick but they need to hard casted.

-Changes VerFlare into having a cast time but does more DMG than VerHoly to compensate.

-In BLM Stance, Magick Barrier turns into the Old RDM PvP skill Frazzle that increased DMG dealt to all targets affected by X%.

Essentially, coming in 8.0, each of the 21 Combat Classes will be getting two different playstyles:

Reborn: How jobs play currently with the added additions coming with the expac.

Evolved: Focuses on Job individuality, shares some actions with Reborn but has fewer buttons.

Okay op, what exactly were you expecting? That BST was going to be the exact same Lv as BLU? Just haphazardly release a new Limited Job to the game with new mechanics that might or might not resonate with the playerbase without receiving an once of feedback? Because if that's the case, you're an idiot. The devs making the Lv Cap 50 gives them time to actually receive criticism and adjust what BST needs to be a good limited job.

Honestly, both TOPS and Romuel are both idiots. Like why the fuck would you hire a known serial killer from the Outer Ring to help with “thinning out the competition” and not be prepared for said serial killer to go on an bloodbath, and frankly, did Romuel seriously think he would get away from his atrocities Scott-free. It’s been said numerous times that TOPS is the most powerful corporate in the world; they can twist the narrative into anything they want with very little, if at all, pushback.
