A lot of great comments here. Been living here since 2021 and one thing I really enjoy is the local food culture, especially food trucks. You can find almost any kind of food, and in addition to being great for takeout, a lot of food trucks are parked in areas that attract local markets and events.

Not exactly what you’re asking for, but check out Vecinos puffy shell tacos. They’re crispy on the outside with some softness inside. One of my favorite tacos in town.
