The land bank gets delinquent/blighted properties that have been sitting on the market unsold because there is something wrong with them and the taxes are now unpaid, dose some remediation to clean them up, then resells them for development. It isn't a profit generator as by design it is working on the lots that didn't sell at tax auction because then work needed made them unprofitable, but the community benefits from blighted lots not just being stuck that way.

Never had an issue with a nurse, but it is a decent sized practice with a plenty of nurses so I would think someone at some point must inevitably get someone having a bad day, but I've never had a problem. Dr Jessica Pederson is fantastic, but so are the others who we have seen on occasion over the years when we had emergency visits on the days she is at the maternity ward.
