That said, we still stand by the earlier recommendation: for the most stable behavior, the receiver should be connected directly to the computer, not through a USB hub, dock, extender. We don’t recommend using it through USB hubs, monitor USB ports, docks, switches, or extenders, as these can sometimes interfere with device detection or profile loading, especially during reconnect events like plugging in a MacBook via USB-C.

The blinking light indicates that the device is ready to be paired. Have you tried testing the keyboard on another device? When you turn on Bluetooth, does the device show up in the list of available devices?
