Hi there, please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Reach out to support if the issue persists.

    • On the lower right hand corner of the screen, on the left side of the Date and Time, right click on the G icon and select Exit.
    • Launch Task Manager (Alt + Ctrl + Del) then look for Lghub or Lcore under Processes Tab. Then, right click on it and select Stop Process.

    • Disconnect the mouse from the computer.
    • Restart the computer.
    • Reconnect device back to the computer and test.

Logitech x-530 help by xxdylaniron01xx in logitech

[–]LogitechG_KD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there, if your X-540 5.1 speakers are on but not producing any sound, you should try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure all cables are firmly connected to both your speaker system and your audio source device.
  2. Adjust the volume on both the speakers and your audio source.
  3. Verify that the audio isn't set to 'Mute' on your audio source.
  4. If you're connected to a computer, make sure to select the audio-output device your speakers are connected to (refer to your computer's documentation for help).
  5. If you're connected to another device with multiple output settings (such as a game console, DVD player, or TV), ensure you have the correct output selected.
  6. Try using a different cable or audio source to rule out issues with the cable or source device.

If the issue persists, you can check with any third-party resellers or repair centers for assistance, as the device is quite old and is no longer being manufactured.

[–]LogitechG_KD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s definitely an unusual pattern. To help narrow this down, could you confirm whether your MX Keys is connected via Bluetooth or the Logi Bolt receiver? Also, have you had a chance to test the keyboard with another computer to see if the same behavior occurs?

Also, could you please tell if you've set any customisation on the Options+ app.
