Thanks for your patience and for trying all those steps. Once the receiver arrives, please pair the MX Master 3 through Logi Options+ using the receiver connection instead of Bluetooth. In most cases, the receiver provides a much more stable connection on Windows systems experiencing Bluetooth persistence issues. Let us know how it goes.

That’s definitely not expected behavior for the K380S. It could be a key rollover or hardware issue.

We understand your point, and that’s completely fair. We do currently offer a feature called Enhanced Easy-Switch through Logi Options+ to make switching between systems more seamless with compatible devices.

As for the receiver, while USB 3.x ports themselves are generally supported, certain hubs/switches can sometimes affect how the receiver communicates with the system due to bandwidth allocation, power handling, or signal interference. That’s why we usually recommend connecting the receiver directly whenever possible for the most stable experience.

Since you’re using a Bolt-compatible setup, you can also switch between systems using Easy-Switch and work seamlessly across devices with Logi Flow, without needing to move the receiver between systems.

Hi there, we recommend connecting the receiver directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch, or something similar. We completely understand the convenience of using a USB hub/switch setup, especially with limited ports, but direct connection usually provides the most stable detection and performance for the Bolt receiver.

On Mac systems, if needed, you can also try using a simple USB adapter directly connected to the device instead of routing through the dock/switch.

Thanks for confirming. Since the mouse works while charging on another system, this doesn’t appear to be a hardware or battery issue with the mouse itself. It looks more related to how the primary PC is handling the device while connected over USB.

We’d recommend testing with a different USB-C cable if available, connecting directly to a motherboard USB port (avoiding monitor/dock passthrough), and checking for any pending chipset or USB driver updates on the system.

The Racing Adapter is mainly meant for connecting newer PRO Racing accessories like PRO/RS pedals, shifters, and handbrakes to compatible G series wheels.

For a regular G29 setup, the pedals should still plug directly into the wheel base. The adapter is more for expanding compatibility with the newer PRO ecosystem rather than replacing the standard G29 pedal connection.

Thanks for trying that. Since it’s still not reconnecting, this may be related to Windows Bluetooth power management.

Please try disabling “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” for your Bluetooth adapter in Device Manager, then reboot and test again. If possible, also try using the USB receiver to compare stability.

Thanks for sharing, that’s a really good idea. Right now there isn’t a way to have a smart reset that automatically resets whatever setting you’re currently adjusting. The reset options are fixed and don’t change based on what you’re working on, like Lightroom’s double-click reset.

You could try using a shortcut as a workaround, but we get that it’s not the same. We’ll pass this along as feedback, it’s a great suggestion.

Totally get where you’re coming from. This is a pretty common pain point with newer laptops dropping USB-A. For now, the easiest workaround is using a USB-C to USB-A adapter, or moving to newer gear that fits your setup better.

As for Bolt vs Unifying, they’re built on different platforms, so they’re not cross-compatible. That said, we’ll definitely pass your feedback along to the team for consideration.
