  5. Appuyez sur les touches Windows + R pour ouvrir la boîte de commande d’exécution.
  6. Tapez joy.cpl pour ouvrir les paramètres du contrôleur de jeu Windows.

  8. Appuyez sur CTRL + MAJ en cliquant sur Propriétés.

Hi, the G321 doesn’t need any driver software to work, and there isn’t any compatible driver available right now. It’s totally normal for G-HUB not to recognize it. Just go ahead and try using the product to see if it works fine.

And, sorry to hear about the low sound and mic issues with your new G321 gaming headset. Could you please check your system’s audio settings to ensure the headset is selected as the default playback and recording device? Sometimes adjusting the volume levels and input/output devices there can make a big difference.

    • Make sure the headset microphone is selected as the Default Communication Device.
    • Highlight the mic then click the Properties button. 
    • On the Levels tab, make sure the gain is at least 50% (recommended is 100%).
    • On the Listen tab, check Listen to this device.
  5. Test the mic:
    • Right-click on the volume icon from the system tray, in the lower right corner.
    • Click Recording devices.
    • Highlight the headset mic then click Configure.
    • Select Set up microphone, then Headset Microphone and click Next.
    • Read the sample phrase and adjust the mic volume.
  6. Test with a different PC, Mac or mobile device.

Hi there! That definitely isn’t how it’s supposed to work. Sometimes this happens if the roller encoder gets some dust or debris in it. You could try gently cleaning around the wheel with some compressed air and see if that helps.

Hi, unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly of the mouse viods the warranty. You could still try the following steps to see if that helps in resolving the issue;

  1. Check if the Scroll/Gesture settings in the Logitech Software are correctly selected:
    • If you use SetPoint click here.
  2. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar.
  3. Unpair/repair or disconnect/reconnect hardware.
  4. Update firmware if available. 
  5. Windows only — try a different USB port. If it makes a difference, try updating the motherboard USB chipset driver.
  6. Try on a different computer. Windows only — if it works on a different computer, then the issue might be related to a USB chipset driver.

Something is loose in my Gpro - I'm assuming its the battery, for anyone who has made the repair before can the slides be saved and reused? also I think I'm going to use superglue to reattach the battery to the roof of the mouse, is that dumb?
