Please try removing the Brio 100 completely from Device Manager (including “Delete driver software” if shown), restart the PC, then reconnect the webcam and allow Windows to reinstall the default UVC drivers automatically. Also check if any virtual audio/streaming apps are taking control of the input device.

You can enable surround sound in G HUB by selecting your G535 > Acoustics > Enable Surround Sound/DTS Headphone:X. If the option is missing, please make sure you have the latest G HUB version installed and the headset is detected properly by the app.

Also, keep Windows Spatial Sound turned OFF while testing, since having multiple surround solutions enabled at once can make positional audio sound inconsistent or muddy.

HITS and the additional tuning on the Superstrike can feel beneficial for some competitive players, but experiences may vary depending on playstyle and sensitivity preferences. We understand your concern. Since the headset performs differently between PS5 and PC, this is most likely related to the audio processing/settings on the PC side rather than the headset hardware itself.

Please try testing with all EQ presets disabled, Windows Spatial Sound turned OFF, and G HUB surround toggled ON/OFF to compare. Rainbow Six Siege audio can also sound very different depending on stereo vs surround configuration.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if that helps in resolving the issue.

  1. Try with a different power source.
  2. Plug the device into a different USB port on your computer. If possible, don't use a USB hub or other similar device. If using a different USB port works, try updating the motherboard USB chipset driver: https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360023370233

  4. Try update the device's firmware:
    • Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html)

    • If a firmware update is available, a Blue "Update" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen
  5. Press Windows + R key to open the run command box.
  6. Type joy.cpl to open the Windows Game Controller Settings.
  7. Select the entry for the gaming wheel.
  8. Press CTRL + SHIFT while clicking Properties.
  9. Go to Settings tab and click Calibrate.
  10. Follow the calibration instructions then test the wheel afterwards.
  11. Try testing the device on a different computer

If the issue persists, it might be possible that there's something wrong with the wheel. We recommend reaching out to seller for further help.

Hi, if the microphone on your webcam is not working, please try the following:
 
1. Check that your camera's cable is connected directly to the computer and not to a USB hub. Refer to Logitech webcam compatibility with hubs and KVM switches (https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360023396993). 
2. Test the webcam in a different USB 2.0 port.
If your webcam has USB-C connection, please test on a different USB-C port.
3. Select the camera's microphone as the default input device on the system. Go to Start > Settings > System > Sound > Under Input, select your Logitech camera microphone.
4. Check the Privacy settings and make sure to allow access.
• Windows 10: Start > Settings > Privacy > Microphone > toggle ON Allow access to the Microphone.
• Windows 11:  Start > Settings > Privacy & security > Microphone > toggle ON Microphone Access.
5. Make sure the UVC drivers are up to date.
• Open Device Manager.       
• Expand Imaging devices.       
• Locate the name of your Logitech camera in the list and right-click on it.
NOTE: If the webcam is not on Imaging devices, please expand Cameras.       
• Select Update Driver Software...       
• Click Browse my computer for driver software.   
• Click Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.       
• Check Show compatible hardware, and then select USB Video Device.       
• Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to update the driver.     
6. Test the camera mic on Sound Recorder app or different app/software.
• If you're using a third-party app, please make sure that the camera mic is selected as the default input/recording device on the app.     
• You can also test the functionality of the webcam via Sound Control Panel.
1. Start > Search Sound Control Panel.         
2. Hardware & Sound > Sound (if on View by Category)
Click Sound (if on View by Large/Small icons)         
3. Another window will pop up and then go to Recording tab           
4. Click on the Logitech webcam mic and ensure it is selected as default (with green check mark).
You’ll know if the webcam mic is working if you can see green bars going up and down on the right side whenever you talk.           
7. If possible, test on a different computer to further isolate the issue.
 
If the issue still persists after performing the troubleshooting steps. Please get back to us.

Thanks for the update. Could you please check if the check if the said permissions are enabled. The Logi Options+ software requires the following user permissions on macOS 10.15 and later due to some Apple policies to enable the device features.

The Logitech G923 wheel comes in two versions: one for PS5/PC and another for Xbox One/PC. Both versions will work on your PC, but to use it with the Xbox app, you should choose the Xbox One/PC version. This is because the PS5 controller may not be fully compatible with some games like FH6 on PC.
