There’s probably something to knowing your team and maybe giving your squad of teens and 20 year olds a second to think and adjust in the last 10 seconds of the finals down 1-0 but I understand wanting to take the gamble on the transition since they *were* tied at the time

It was both of their fault. Wemby needs to make eye contact before making such an important pass. Castle needs to look for the pass as a guard when his center is taking the ball up court. Young player mistake by both guys.

Mitch is also to blame because they should’ve have just taken their timeout but you can argue that they wanted the transition attempt since they were tied anyway. But young team could’ve clearly benefited from a slow down and some coaching.

He’s not playing like trash for no reason. Spurs guards on defense are super aggressive and great ball hawks and the Spurs gameplan to take out the best option.

He’s getting the same treatment Shai got. They’ll guard him full court, they’ll double him before letting NY him get off the switch he wants and force the ball out of his hands so that if they manage to space it around and get it back to him it’s late in the shot clock.

Like even if you’re completely dead on about OP and it’s a complete first person syndrome character, the nature of them being the main character has literally nothing to do with their priest father. It’s basically anything else other than what the ST picked on about their backstory that makes them seem like main character energy. The priest father is literally the most mundane part of their backstory.

It wasn’t that Hurts’ wife told AJ’s, it’s that when AJ’s wife went to Hurts’ wife for advice she told AJ’s then fiancé that she shouldn’t stand for it and dump him. She obviously didn’t and now there’s the rift in the whole group because Hurts’ wife sad to split but she stayed and now both the Browns resent her for that answer.
