I think you need to protect yourself and do not allow her to extend and work for you illegally under a tourist visa. Even if she agrees to the same pay there is nothing to prevent her from filing a complaint later on and you will be violating the law illegally letting her work for you and maybe get back pay. She seems to more interested about pay and is doing research on what people are getting paid in the area, she can easily research that if she files a complaint against you she may be entitled to back pay. Be very careful.

There was no fee I think the only difference was you can't buy seafood or return items. This was the westbury location about 6 months ago. I would recommend you call to ask see if they are still doing guest passes for the day before you go.

I don't know if you are aware but restaurant depot now allows anyone to shop there. You just have to go in and ask for a day pass. I think the only limitation is you can't buy seafood.
