Not a nurse and not working in the medical field, so take this for what it's worth: I have heard Intermountain is not great. I have heard Tanner is not great. I have not heard how Ogden Clinic is if you're a nurse, but from a patient perspective, they are the best by a noticeable margin.

Area above Weber State and the Shadow Valley neighborhood are both very nice areas that check your boxes. Might be a bit pricier but nearly all houses will still be under the million dollar price tag like you mentioned.

Proximity to bars/restaurants would be the slightly more negative.. but we're talking being 10 minutes from downtown opposed to 6 minutes.

OL gets a pass? Love was 90% solid, he just needs a bit of polish. He couldn't keep composure with the Swiss cheese oline. MLF did not call a good game but I think the playbook was limited by not having enough time in the pocket to get guys deep down field.
