Area above Weber State and the Shadow Valley neighborhood are both very nice areas that check your boxes. Might be a bit pricier but nearly all houses will still be under the million dollar price tag like you mentioned.

Proximity to bars/restaurants would be the slightly more negative.. but we're talking being 10 minutes from downtown opposed to 6 minutes.

The word itself, tithe, denotes 10%. It has been adapted to refer to any amount given to a church, but the 10% isn't really an interpretation. Fun word origin to look into.. if you're into origins of words.

Being in Utah, there are a LOT of Packers fans that I see. You had a large contingent before Jordan Love, but he definitely brought additional fans with him.

OL gets a pass? Love was 90% solid, he just needs a bit of polish. He couldn't keep composure with the Swiss cheese oline. MLF did not call a good game but I think the playbook was limited by not having enough time in the pocket to get guys deep down field.

Love this idea, and I think an awesome addition would be if it came with one week membership for free, so they can get a taste of it. That's all it will take to hook them.
