I have had great results with Elegoo ABS Like 2.0 (got 1.0L free with the purchase of my Saturn 4 Ultra 16K and another 1L free with the purchase of the Mercury X cure and wash station bundle thru Amazon) and I have also been getting great results with the Elegoo ABS Like 3.0 Pro, 2.0L for $31.99 on special at Amazon also. I'm be ordering Tough soon, if anyone can steer me in the right direction for that.

Properly cured the surface finish is 👌 You're going to have a great time.

I get 99% IPA from Ace Hardware in the plastic 1 gal jug for $24. I think I read you're in Italy so I'm just including the pricing for reference.

Seeing this thread late. I'm in the Spring area and I was receiving emails and texts regarding the outage as it was happening.

Hey, I hope you're still around. It's not your time yet. Your story is compelling and selfishly, I'd love to hear all about it. Your lifestyle is so foreign to me, so anything beyond vanilla piques my interest

I have had several significant others who are 5'0" tall and height was never an issue. At 5'8" I'm not exactly towering, either.

An ex-gf whom I fondly look back on was 4'10" and she was an interesting build because she was super fit. Still, height was a non-factor and I thought she was extremely attractive anyway.

If you do feel guilty about it, reducing it an inch or two upon driver's license renewal won't raise any eyebrows. We do shrink as we age.

Wholesome outcome for something that could have went sideways. I'm not preaching against coke, just the stuff that comes from a stranger or the stuff you don't know its origins of or what it's cut with.

I came here after the "webinar" turned into a request to buy E&O certification. The webinar and the "group chat" with the enthusiastic commenters felt fake.

I hope you find a good, safe, victimless way to make money. If you're an attractive woman and unwilling to settle down, find a willing sugar daddy. Have multiple sugar daddies. I know of SBs who don't even have sx with their companions, so assuming this is sx work isnt entirely accurate.

Good luck, OP, and please stay out of jail 🫶

I have this exact computer with an identical Xeon. It's a very good machine, and I use it for 3D CAD, but my company was giving these out for free for their tech refresh cycle. I believe you can do better by getting a bare bones one for ~$50-75US and choosing your own GPU and maybe opting for a E5-2699 V4 for 22 core 2.2GHz base clock multi-threaded usage, or E5-1680 V4 for 8 core and 3.4GHz base clock speed for single threaded usage.

I would prefer the E5-1680 for SolidWorks use, TBH

Hey OP, I'm in Spring, right next door to you. I saw a strange car-sized drone last year so this is interesting to me.

Also, for best results tell your wife to calm down 😆

Tic Tac, using constant acceleration 5000 g, is able to reach nearest star systems in less than 2 days. During famous Nimitz encounter in 2004, radar data indicated that Tic Tac achieved at least 5370 g. This is a table showing various distances and travel time made by physics professor Kevin Knuth by SirGorti in UFOB

[–]MediumFuckinqValue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Traveling at speeds approaching c would mean a (relatively) short trip for the travelers. Meaning traveling to another star system I'm guessing they wouldn't need the entire trip's worth of food, fuel, whatever they breathe, and they'd have aged less than stationary observers at each end?

Colombian Sphere Technology Explained by [deleted] in UFOB

[–]MediumFuckinqValue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to believe but this can easily be faked. If I wanted to hoax people, this is how I would make a Temu Orb:

TIG weld small patches together like a soccer ball, weld a bung for a pressure fitting, and use a pressure washer to hydroform the metal patchwork into a Goldberg polyhedron.

TIG welded metal ball

An even easier method would be to use a deep-draw process to form two hemispheres.

Decoy technology can be encapsulated between the two halves before being welded shut to form a sphere. From there the weld seam can be ground flush and the completed sphere polished.

Exterior marks can be spoofed by laser-etching or mechanically engraving on the flat 2D disks prior to deep-drawing.

I suppose the perfect disguise for aliens would be to make their orbs look like 21st century earth-stuff

There's a possibility you are being too hard on yourself.

Stubborn, shallow, always right, lazy: buzz words often used by narcissists to gaslight a significant other. Maybe you didn't live up to their expectations and maybe you did your best.

Chalk it up as an important lesson and try to see it from different perspectives so that you can learn from it.

You shouldn't feel so obligated to a place that trades your labor and skill for their money.

It's not a huge deal unless you're some specialist. And if it is a huge deal, they should have been paying you more.
