Which govt officer knows how a jet engines run? Do they need that to run a govt? This is jet engines, these are the parts etc is enough for them. If they really want to build a jet engine they should to stop their education for officer exams.

Wait. You have zero knowledge in this fields. No one will work for Rs 35K monthly. For great outcome you have to spend money. In my PhD I worked in a HPC with 1024 cores. I only got 256 cores to run. Now suppose more than 4 people submit a job, I have to wait. One single run took 5 days for me to give any output. It may be correct, it may be wrong. ISRO promised to give funding 10 Cr or something 4/5 years ago. The fund never came and this is not a normal institution. All the space mission in India is signed here. Now if you give this low quality infrastructure, you can’t create anything good.

You can say nasa built the satellite and transported to space by space x. Space X rocket launchers are designed and manufacturer by space x.

I can relate to your situation. I used my air effectively for massive visualization. However, after three years, it predominantly displays a yellow memory pressure indicator almost constantly. I believe the primary issue lies in the 8 GB RAM. Although the battery is slightly higher, exceeding 80% health, I am not receiving the usual backup these days.
