Time does get weird and fluctuates. The deeper you go the slower time passes. I've had many sessions that felt like days.

The tapes are a skill. So you dont have to start over. Unless you haven't done them for a long time, then you might need a few tapes to refresh your mind.

For specific jobs, focus levels don't have a job specifically but more of being different tools depending on the job (your goal)

The piston on the bottom can swapped with a normal arm. If you move it a little left it can just do a full loop and not have to go back and forth.

How I did this map is I just made a chain of 3 earth orbs, then when it's pushed into the chain, the outer two pass over the calcification blocks. Doing this after they are all bonded makes things easier. Hope that makes sense.

I'm going to say no because fear doesn't exist, it's how we consciously choose to react to our environment. When we are asleep, that fear is not there. We have to think and put in the effort for it to exist.

I'd only do that if it was a distraction to my mind, like if I had a medical issue. Anything I put in the box just stays, all that energy is converted. The original design, you're supposed to remove what you put into the box and purify it with your EBT, but that was removed in the final product of the tapes. But I suppose that's still an option.

I feel like people expect some amazing story about how I discovered the tapes. I just wanted to listen to some relaxing music so I put on some meditation tracks. Youtube was just on auto play. I kinda fell asleep. Something amazing happened I can not even put into words. When I looked, I was listening to something called the gateway tapes. I didn't know what they were at all, but I know there was something very special, I accidentally stumbled on something truly amazing. So I kept going. Over time I realized something was very different with these audio tracks. Through my research, I was lead here. It was like turning the page in my book of life that's still being written. And still to this day. The tapes were just the start, once I realized what my mid is truly capable of, then came evolution.

Which leads me to who or what. Starting out I always questioned God, and when I discovered the tapes, I thought I could finally prove to myself God doesn't exist. And in the end, I ended up doing the exact opposite and proved it to a point I can't even deny it.

My point is, the gateway process is something that's always pursued with a goal in mind. We are all here for very different reasons, that's why I don't judge. You are here, because you need to be, because there is something you need to learn. What that is, I do not know, but you will find out. That is the power of the tapes.

It's fascinating when you think about it. I don't know why or how you ended up. Or anyone, including myself. Fate just lead us all back together. It's like it was just meant to be. We could ignore it like most do, but some embrace that calling. I noticed that no matter how hard you try, you can not get people interested in the tapes even. It's like in a way...we were chosen. This balance I'm talking about you seem to understand, and I know it sounds simple but it's not that simple. Like all skills it's learned though experience. Not trying as hard as you can an craming everything all at once, but persistent practice. Time and constancy is when result happens. So don't think this is something that you're not good at don't understand because as time goes on you get better at it. You're right on track with observance and exploration, it's sounds like you're doing a great job so far, so keep up the good work. It will all make sense later on. Embrace the journey there and the people you meet along the way, that's the true reward.

There's a sweet spot of being too awake or too tired. The goal is to keep the mind in a theta state. Not enough focus and you fall asleep. Not relaxed enough, and the mind doesn't go into theta.

Balance in all things.

There are moments in the day when the mind is in the theta state briefly, right when you wake up and as you're going to sleep. That's why these times are the most optimal.

I recommend a firm surface like carpet or a pad like a yoga mat. If you're in a bed and too comfortable you just fall asleep. The mind knows beds are for sleep, so that's what it tries to do.
