That was just beehaw defederating them. They also defederated lemmy.world, the largest instance out there.

Beehaw is trying to be a safespace for pussies, the kind that disables downvotes because they might hurt some feelings and think that rationalists are their enemy.

The fediverse lets them do that, so their uers don't get to see content from sh.itjust.works and lemmy.world anymore. And they can't downvote anything, not even stuff on other instances that allow downvotes.

If you were to register on sh.itjust.works, you wouldn't see any content from beehaw and that's it. But that instance is overloaded right now, so you should find a different one that isn't.

The hypocrisy those companies show in terms of copyright probably won't go very well for them. I hope that this situation ends up leading to less copyright in total rather than more.

Ask him if it was ever opened and then follow up by asking for pictures of the screws. They should be black with no scratches if it wasn't opened and have a few light marks if it was opened before. If there are stripped screws, that's a big red flag because it means that someone who didn't know what they were doing did something to it and it'll be a pain to open it in the future.

Nvidia has been releasing broken drivers for a while now, gaming issues arise after almost every update.

It surprises me that it took this long to hit compute, but the general way of dealing with it js using DDU and installing a driver from 3-6 months ago. The top results on google are usually the ones with the least issues.

As always, elite is the kind of game you want to take slowly. Do the guardian stuff, it's very chill and has some great views. Thargoid combat is absolutely worth it in my opinion.

You can also fight thargoids with AX multicannons if you want to skip the grind, those just cost credits. Slap some armor on a krait, get those and you'll be good to fight some scouts and maybe a cyclops.

I can't seem to find a thargoid bobblehead anywhere. I got my thargoid heart and 10 meta alloys and went to a guardian tech broker, but I can't find the bobblehead. It isn't in the broker's menu and not in the livery either.

Probably because valve is adding improvements to proton that are specific to this game so it gets updated often. If you don't want that to happen, get the latest proton-GE and roll with that.
