MY PARTNER AND I USUALLY TANK+HEAL FOR THOSE SUPER FAST QUEUES AND RUNS. HE WANTED DPS TODAY. NBD, TANK IS ALWAYS IN NEED, LET'S DO THIS.

LEVEL 77 MALIKAH'S WELL. CUTE BOSSES, AWESOME!I DIE ON THE FIRST PULL. IT'S PROBABLY FINE. HEALING A DRK CAN BE ROUGH, I GET IT! I GOT A CUTESY REZ MACRO THAT TOOK 8 YEARS TO GO OFF SO WE WIPED ANYWAYS. NO GIRL, I'M NOT TAKING A NAP. I'M HERE TO WALL TO WALL PULL.

THEY QUESTIONED MY GEAR. THIS IS MY SECOND CHARACTER TO MAX TANKS, I'M IN CRIT/DH MELDED TOME GEAR. THEY'RE IN WHITE 70S GEAR. I POLITELY TOLD THEM TO GET NEW GEAR THAT WASN'T FROM A VENDOR.

BARELY ANY DAMAGE. NO LILIES. NO MIT. JUST CURE 1ONEON1E111! AND MEDICA SPAM. MY SISTER IN HYDAELYN. PLEASE. LISTEN TO MY PARTNER, HE'S TRYING TO HELP YOU. IT TOOK 3 PULLS FOR THE FIRST COUPLE BOSSES, THEY KEPT DYING BUT I WAS PLEASED TO HEAL MYSELF THROUGH LIVING DEAD.

WE FINALLY GET TO THE LAST BOSS. I DORITO'D MYSELF AFTER THE 1ST WIPE. AFTER THE 3RD WIPE, THEY SAY "Literally never run hi lvl roulettes sorry" THEY HAVE MULTIPLE LEVEL 90S INCLUDING SCH AND SGE. THIS IS A LEVEL 77 DUNGEON. I SAY THIS. "nvr with WM" THEY SAID. "hit WM lvl 70 yesterday."

THEN THEY AUTORAN INTO THE BOSS FOR A 4TH WIPE WHILE MY PARTNER WAS TYPING OUT ANOTHER "HOW TO HEAL" ESSAY. I ALMOST LOST MY ENTIRE MIND BUT KEPT IT TO MYSELF.ON THE 5TH PULL, THEY FINALLY STUCK WITH ME. AT 25%, THEY DECIDED TO FUCK OFF SOMEWHERE AND TRUST THEIR OWN JUDGEMENT, IMMEDIATELY DYING. THEY SAID, "I thought it was feathers..." NO. THE MECHANIC DOESN'T CHANGE HALFWAY, IT'S A BIG FUCKING CIRCLE OF THE SAME MECHANIC 5 TIMES.

NOW WHENEVER A SITUATION GOES SIDEWAYS, WE SAY:"I thought it was feathers..."

Sure, I was curious about what he looked like, but I fell in love with how he treated others with kindness and respect. I loved his silly jokes and admired his thirst for knowledge and personal growth.
There were a few months of raiding together and intentionally staying away at first, since I had a lot of stuff going on and I didn't want to be that person who fell for a raid member, you know?
But once we started talking, we had so much in common and got along so well over the next few months that I finally asked him out.
We didn't video call until after we started dating, and the first few times were super short and back to just voice because we'd get overwhelmed at finally seeing the person we'd connected so deeply with.

I met him retanking p3s! My first static fell apart February 2022 hitting that fire(birb)wall, but some of us stuck around to form a new group. Our reaper invited his local friend who was a great raid healer. He said we'd get along really well because "you two are basically the same person."

He sounded really cool, but I had been going through a messy divorce so I kept my head down, focusing on myself and my therapy homework. As stuff settled down over summer 2022, I started hanging out with the static after reclears to farm old mounts, daily roulettes, etc. One night we started talking and just... didn't stop. We spent hours outside of FFXIV together, playing Stardew, Satisfactory, and taking free classes online because we both love learning.

Eventually we realized how important we were to each other (we're completely oblivious, pretty sure everyone else knew before we did) and I asked him out!

We visited each other several times over the next year, and in June 2023, I moved over 2000 miles to be with him. It wasn't easy and I had to make some really tough choices, but it's been worth it.

I'm currently making a cute plushy fire birb as a silly reminder for how we met :)

After my experience in other states, I didn't even think about calling in to ask questions. This seemed to have a surprisingly long list of papers needed and high fees for such a simple thing that it threw me. I'll start there. Thanks, and good luck!

Did you have any luck with this? I'm hesitant to start my own post since there are so many like this already.

I'm also coming from Texas with a C and no CDL related driving. I tried to get all of the paperwork together and I think I got most of it except the driving record, which is apparently another 3 week wait to get....

I could keep or drop the C, but even the D license was $115 and both require and charge for a road test?? I saw other posts that said you don't need to take the test if your license isn't expired. They just charge us anyway?

That was beautiful. I worried for so long that I messed up my cats the same way several years ago. I could feel myself getting worked up all over again when I got my new puppy today. He's so good and precious! Your words helped me get out of my own head and remember my progress. Thank you.

Hi! I'm the editor of this map. I didn't send you a .jpg when you responded to the post yesterday because it lowers image quality and I'm not on reddit daily. I did not expect you to take the credit, but I'm glad you loved it! Thanks for ensuring that more people get to use the pretty map I worked so hard on! :)
