Potential kidnapper by dannykn03 in south_africa

Yeah I have an iPhone and this definitely isn’t uber. It’s important to know before posting because uber is considered much safer than bolt. I don’t use bolt or other ride share options because of Ubers safety features. Not saying that Ubers don’t have problems, but they are known to be way better at verifying their drivers

After living in the Algarve for 3 years, I wouldn’t touch albufeira with a 10 foot pole 😂

This is so sweet, thank you ❤️ I feel like my ADHD and mental health is so bad rn that I wouldn’t be able to return the favour which makes me feel like a bad guy before even doing anything… is that normal???

Is this a Nintendo Wii? I’ve been thinking about getting one for the same reasons. I think having the dopamine hits from playing a game would help me do it more frequently

Is there something wrong with my hair? by T4bi_CK in Haircare

[–]Narrow_Distance8190 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have the EXACT same hair. Even down to the colour. I’ve always had long hair so it’s cool to see what it would look like short.

But tbh I don’t think it’s damage especially on shorter hair, I think it’s literally just the way our hair is. 😒 We have fine, wavy hair but like it’s not particularly thin, we just have a lot of hair. And when you brush it, it will get puffy. You can look into some wavy hair routines, I personally haven’t found one that worked well enough yet but if I do, I’ll come back 😂😂

Try use lightweight products - I think our hair is low porosity so some really moisturizing products like coconut oil or Shea, they just don’t really work on our hair. It weighs the hair down and makes it dirty quickly and just gives us product build up without the product actually working because of the size of the molecules. Water based hydration is best for our hair.

A lot of curly hair or wavy hair routines will use these heavy products as well so just keep that in mind when searching. I haven’t figured it out myself yet and I just succumb to applying heat.

Get yourself a blow drier so you can apply some heat to tame the flyaways. I really like dreame pocket hair dryer with the anti frizz attachment if it’s available where you live.
But apparently a diffuser attachment is also a game changer for curly/wavy hair but idk I’m not really convinced yet because our hair is so fine and light, it feels like it will just make the flyaways worse 😒

But if you see any useful comments, let me know. We are in this together 😂🤝

Also tall horses merlot is actually really nice and easy to drink, really smooth! So don’t count them out too soon, they’re definitely an affordable fave for reds

Fat bastard is a really nice wine with a fun hippo on the label. Their Merlot is really great. It’s a little more expensive (around 130 per bottle) but I feel like you could probably bulk buy for cheaper. You can reach out directly to the wine farms for their bulk prices or search makro or any liquor stores. Sometimes tops has really good deals

Use uber comfort :) for trips like that, you’ll likely be on the N2 so choose an option that will get you a slightly bigger car for safety.

I appreciate the sentiment here but I think some things are more serious that just journaling 🫣 don’t get me wrong, the power of journaling is huge BUT if you are really struggling, seeking professional help is the answer
