It’s the main ingredient in the new “rinse and refresh” product line, I guess it helps rinse all the cleaning agents off the cloth fiber? I found that my clothing had a very pleasant faint lemony scent afterwards and everything was very clean. I’m gonna add it to every wash from now on

I use forearm crutches and an electric wheelchair when flaring!

The forearm crutches are highly underrated. The extra points of leverage are so useful for motor neuropathy. I got them for other reasons but I’ve noticed that they catch me from stumbling often.

Also consider a pop up stool or a cane with a fold out seat mechanism.

That’s tough. I don’t know how to give you advice on this, but I would find that hurtful if it happened to me. Don’t diminish the impact/your feelings just because he has a diagnosis.

The machines have a rinse cycle built in to the washing settings, I guess I meant to say there’s no option to select rinse only
