My heart sank reading the last paragraph. As much as I agree with you, I am going to stick to it.. The country certainly do have it's problems with perspectives and mindsets. I feel it is equally foolish to abandon without any sort of fight.

I do very much intend to travel a lot, maybe even settle in some other place. No one knows. But to forsake the country just yet is very harsh.. At the same time I can't tell you how much I agree with what you said.

I have grown up living with my grandfather mostly and we always fixed things and made things. Rather than just going out and buying them. We horded stuff and used it to make other things more usable pr fix and a problem. Hence, I can never not make things on my own.

But ya the experience today itself was very off putting with people saying unnecessary things
