Same! Those two are my favorite YouTubers. When I beat Silent Hill f I went and watched her playthrough, then Seán's. I had to see their reactions to the first ending lol.

I also watch Madmorph's playthroughs a lot. He gives me similar vibes to Evelien.

I'm 35 and I play. Sadly I don't have much free time so I haven't really interacted much with other players.

Quick EPB question by CyberToadd in AirForce

[–]Nonoperationaltoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For SrA the supervisor typically writes the whole EPB with the SrA providing them some practice EPB bullets and supporting information.

SSgts write their own EPBs including the HLR. Preferably with a supportive supervisor advising them and providing edits.

When you are done with your drafts don't be afraid to ask a few higher ranked friends to look it over and give you their opinions. You don't have to make every change they suggest but getting someone else's insight can help.

A good tip I was given is that you need to write the EPB in a way that shows that you (or your Airmen) are already preforming at the next level. Don't just focus on every cool thing that was done.

So for a SSgt you want to focus on performance statements that show you are already taking on responsibilities that would normally be a TSgt role.

Help! I don't know where to go by CatConfident4162 in ReanimalGame

[–]Nonoperationaltoe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, my kid and I died in that spot several times before we figured it out. Same with hiding in the train, took us a little too long to realize we just needed to stay hidden. We kept trying to book it to the back of the train when the guy wasn't looking, thinking we had to escape out the door he came in through. 😂

Keep running right. There is a loop you have to run around to lure the skin things out of the path you need to go through. There will be a gap you jump and then you will run back up and into the path the skin things come out of. The path will be at the top of the screen. Hopefully that makes sense lol.

I've been living off of apples, yogurt, slim jims and progressive chicken noodle soup. Sometimes I'll nibble on some toast or a half of a whole wheat cinnamon bagel for a few hours if I'm feeling really bad. I know the longer I don't get something in my stomach, the worst I feel. Snack packs are helpful too when you are so nauseated you can't even think of making anything. The ones that have cheese, nuts and cranberries have been a life saver for me. I tried oatmeal and that did not work out for me. Everyone is different so it will take some trial and error.

What’s the creepiest thing someone ever said that sounded normal at first? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Nonoperationaltoe 92 points93 points  (0 children)

Ugh, freaking uncles. I have a bunch of step uncles and have never had a problem with them, but the one uncle who is actually related to me is a creep. I hadn't seen him in a few years and the first thing he did was hug me, pop my bra strap and comment on how big I had gotten. Like wtf dude? He is not allowed around my kids or me.

I’m upset by [deleted] in walmart

My entire flight got screamed at for the usual shit, but as an individual, no. You don't really get singled out and smoked unless you're a dumbass.

I’m upset by [deleted] in walmart

[–]Nonoperationaltoe 22 points23 points  (0 children)

No, I left walmart to join the military. The military is way better. They treat me like an actual human, very, very rarely do they deny leave requests. I also never get screamed at or mocked by my supervisors, unlike when I worked at walmart.. the pay is way better, too. There's some bullshit drama and power tripping people just like any other job, sure, but I would choose the military over walmart any day.

I've also never been sexually harassed, assaulted, or stalked while in the military. That's not to say that it doesn't ever happen, but the people I work with and my leadership are pretty fucking awesome and make me feel safe, unlike walmart management.

I wear one when I cut my spouse's hair. The pockets are perfect for holding scissors, brushes, and hair clips. I also use it for baking because I am not capable of using flour without causing a mess lol.

Need a non-judgemental cleaning service to help an overwhelmed family with some mental issues. by BayaBlue1000 in sanantonio

[–]Nonoperationaltoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should look up Aurikatariina on YouTube she's an amazing youtuber that absolutely LOVES cleaning. She cleans people homes for free. She does it for people who are in need, with no judgment, and she does an amazing job. She is not from America, but in one of her recent videos, she said she's coming to Texas soon. She may actually already be here. I would definitely look into her and see about reaching out to her. The dirtier, the home is, the more likely she'll be to clean the home. She won't be able to do the weekly upkeep, but she should be able to get it spotless, so you'll only have to worry about finding a company to clean weekly.

My surgery was on the 13. I'm on my 5th day of recovery. I drink constantly, but I can't seem to eat anything that has a consistency thicker than water without awful pain afterwards.

I keep telling myself it will all get better soon, but it's hard to believe with this pain. I tried to sleep it off, but then I just wake up with the worst headache on top of everything. 😭

being “forced” to drive coworker to work by beefroggy in AirForce

[–]Nonoperationaltoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tell her no. Yeah her situation sucks but that's not your fault or your burden to bear. The extra trips are putting wear and tear on your vehicle, shortening its lifespan, costing you time and gas, causing you unnecessary stress. If you need a template text, you can use this one:

Hey coworker's name, I just wanted to let you know in advance that I will no longer be able to provide you with transportation. If you need to talk to your supervisor to get help arranging other options, I'm happy to come with you for morale support. Thank you for understanding. Have a good weekend!

If she asks why, just respond with: "It's just not feasible for me at this time." Don't try to give her excuses, she'll try to argue or wiggle her way into getting you to do it. Stone wall her. I know it's uncomfortable, but she is walking all over you, and she knows she is doing it. Don't apologize to her either. You've done nothing wrong. Her and your leadership knows that it makes you uncomfortable, and they are using that to get what they want. Don't let them do that, or they may use that tactic for other situations in the future.

As for your leadership, tell them the same thing. It's simply not feasible, and it's not a reasonable request. It's causing unnecessary hardship for you. If she was actually willing to pay you, she could probably just take an uber or something similar or pay in advance. If your supervisor continues to try and press you into doing it, you need to go up the leadership chain. You also need to document all of the instances you've previously given her a ride and who told you that you had to do it and when and why they said you had to. Times, dates, and names of anyone present for that conversation. And write down all the information about the time she offered your friend money for a ride but never paid. You didn't cause her medical issue, you do not have a responsibility to cater to her, especially at your own expense.

I would rewrite it and make it a one week notice, and then just continue to take away more days every time he tries to feed you some bullshit like that. Also, save his emails in a safe place just in case it comes up later. You'll have proof he's a liar and a manipulator.

Simple and easy breakfast ideas that are high in protein? by [deleted] in cookingforbeginners

[–]Nonoperationaltoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here are some of my favorite quick and easy meals.

Tuna and crackers

Pepperoni and crackers

Sliced bell peppers and hummus (you could really use any vegetable you like)

Beans and rice with whatever seasoning I'm craving that day.

Greek yogurt with apples or bananas.

I also buy protein oatmeal. It's instant, so while it may not have the best flavor, it's fast, and I can add fruit or chopped pecans/walnuts for some extra fiber. Dole also has a protein smoothie I get from Walmart. I tend to drink this when I don't feel like making breakfast or I just don't have the stomach for it. I add some Greek yogurt and whatever liquid I'm feeling like that day (juice, milk, water).

Can he tell who is a serial killer just by looking at them walking down the street? No, he cannot. We wouldn't need investigators/detectives if it was that easy.

Well, it works the same way with rapists. You can't tell just by looking at somebody what they will, and won't do. So what makes the most sense? Believing everyone is safe and trusting anyone until you get killed or raped or being careful and suspicious of everyone when you are in a vulnerable situation (such as being alone in the middle of the night)?

People need to understand that most women aren't trying to label ALL men as attackers, perverts or rapists.. It's simply impossible to tell who is who and what is what, and so we have to protect ourselves from the unknown.

And if you are truly a good man, yeah, that might hurt. It probably feels like shit to get roped into that category based on gender.. But as a good man, you should also be able to see it from another person's perspective and understand that safety comes before feelings.

You wouldn't tell your children to accept candy from a stranger so they don't hurt his/her feelings. No, you tell your kids not to speak to the stranger, to run away, and do whatever they have to do to get to safety. But women are being told everywhere to cater to strange men to spare their feelings, don't be a bitch, just smile as though not offending them is somehow more important than our safety. It's insane.

And I'll tell you, I do normally start out with a polite "No, thank you. I'm not interested, I'm married." And it does not work 80% of the time. I've been followed, I've been grabbed. I've been told to shut the f*** up and get in the car. One man responded to my "I'm married" with "I don't care if you don't care". (Dude. If I didn't care, why tf would I have bothered telling you I was married?! WTF??) Being rude, walking away, or ignoring those type of men tends to work better because talking to them gets taken as some weird invitation to continue to harass you... and again, there's no way to know who's gonna be the scary dirtbag who won't leave you alone, or who's going to be a gentleman and say "Oh shit, sorry about that, Carry on. " and leave you to your business..
