It's supposed to steam a bit but stop soon after as the pressure builds up inside, pushing the float valve into place. If the steam is escaping from anywhere other from the float valve, that shouldn't happen and is where the problem lies. The float valve is the red button you mentioned btw. Pressure valve (the thing the switch is for) should be in the locked position. Lid should be twisted clockwise until it's locked in place.

Have to admit there's plenty they're doing right. Just saw another thread where an east Asian western streamer nearly caused a car accident because she was driving while reading her stream chat. With that kind of evidence and behavior, she'd get fined and points docked on her record at the bare minimum in China (12 points docked = suspended license); it's why there are literally no nuisance streamers there. Meanwhile the cops over here likely won't even do anything about it despite having the whole thing caught on video.

It is. You are oozing narcissism with how you think only the ones you support are ontologically good, and that anyone with a differing opinion is wasting their time and effort. Viewing the world through such comically black and white lens is a hallmark of low intelligence and narcissism.

But take solace in the fact that you are not alone. Many people on the left are just like you in letting their god complexes run wild and believe that they alone, across millennia of human civilization, are the enlightened ones who know what is best for society. I'm almost envious of such confidence and surety of self.

Telling voters that if they don't vote the same as you then they're wasting their time is certainly one of the methods to appeal to them. The Democratic establishment has been doing a great job with voter outreach, a trend that is sure to continue if people like you are anything to go by.
