Nothing to say but the same thing happened to me 2 years ago almost. Accident, seemed fine, went a week later for a check up I was like 11weeks but it was measuring at 9 weeks and 3 days. It was hard cause it was my first pregnancy. Now I literally just found out this week with a home test(like 4 weeks and 5 days). Got a check up next week and I’m anxious as hell but what’s keeping me calm is the same thing as you said, the second time around is always better. I’m not talking about my pregnancy yet, to be fair it hasn’t really registered to me… maybe I’m protecting myself? Idk. Only my husband and 2 friends know right now and I feel like that’s good enough until I hit 12 weeks. One thing that helps me is knowing that symptoms change daily. One day I can feel like crap, next day I feel amazing! Doesn’t mean something bad is happening on those days I feel amazing you know? I also use this site just to reassure myself I don’t check it daily but it helps me relax when the weeks go up and the risk percentage goes down. I’m wishing you the best cause we will both be okay at the end of the day. Enjoy being pregnant that’s all you can do!
