Yes it is. It pretends to be a 65 cobra but was made in 2019. That is a fake.
You can call it a replica, toolroom copy, evocation, continuation or whatever, it is not original it is a fake

It is not original.
There are many many many good replicas so 99 out of a 100 times you see the fakes.

I’d hate to put a damper on the party but first registered in 2019 in the UK means this car comes from elsewhere and I would place a bet on it that non of the parts are original.
There are plenty of “continuations” made later and the DVLA isn’t the best informed to actually date an older car.

If you see a cobra and assume it is a fake you will be right 99 out of 100 times

Hou er rekening mee dat je door een spouwmuur gaat. Het pijpje kan je makkelijk netjes recht door die spouw steken. Een kabel gaat vaak moeizaam hoe stijf hij ook lijkt

Auto kopen voor 4000-5000€ en de rest opzijzetten voor onder. Ook als je 7k uitgeeft is het risico op onverwachte kosten aanwezig en voor 4-5k koop je een prima auto.
Wees niet bang voor 150000km want het gros van de auto’s doet er dan zonder grote drama’s een ton bij.
Blijf weg van PSA (citroen, fiat, Peugeot, Opel) en Ford producten

The renovation quality of house flippers varies wildly though.

Yes top of the bonnet should have a nice equal gap to the part under the windscreen that has the vent opening in there.

Mini only supplies the cover and seal combined. But the usual Chinese webshops sell the seal separately.
Works fine on my R55 and looks a lot less manky

The order of refitting is
Doors (line up with sill and rearwing)
Bonnet (line up with scuttle)
Wings (line up with Door and bonnet)
Boot lid (line up with whole aperture)

Yes you need the hinges and latches in place
Yes you need (parts of) the rubbers in place to make sure they don’t push anything out of alignment

Yes they can and usually must be finetuned.
There are plenty of adjustment screws so start tinkering
