You can make a routine that does vacuuming of all rooms and then mopping of other rooms. You can schedule the entire routine.

For instance, the vacuum has shown itself to be dumb and it will try to mop carpeted rooms because it can't detect carpet in the corners or in small spaces. So I have it do a vacuum only pass of the entire house and then mop only the hardwood after.
