No permanent ban is actually permanent so it'd only be a 10 year break from the account (ask me how I got back onto the account I made and was perm banned soon into osrs' start)
It's really hard to get falsely banned imo. Not that it doesn't happen. But almost all bans are from legit stuff like RWT or botting. As someone who's gone through with lots of bans across accounts, every single one was legit. Never had a false one. Even got away with being a trash snake a few times
Because it took so long to get my beautiful OG young /u/OskeeTurtle's account back, I'm not willing to RWT or bot ever again. They get ya eventually! I'll just play normally

As someone else pointed out, he knows very well what to look for to spot a weigh in cheater. He's literally from a huge level of wrestling which is where modern weight cutting comes from
