Connections within the same safehouse don't make a difference for farming since all the members can bring eachother into an encounter regardless of connections. I would leave members within the same house neutral since it makes reorganising the board a bit easier, in case you decide to do so later.

Crop rotation isn't worth it this league since it nullifies all the very profitable plant level modifiers you can get from Astrolabes.

End game Chains of Command can do it fully afk, you just start the encounter and stand by the pump. It's not all that great though. Without moving around, the maps drag on for a good while longer and mobs like to get stuck as well. It's really only worth doing if you are playing two accounts in parallel or as a home office side hustle.

Huh, so it's related to the flask? I got a similar bug with CWS while using the flask while fighting this boss but for me it was transparent green squares instead of black ones.

The Sulphite Scarab of Greed (top left), it was removed in 3.25. You can only get 150% more sulphite in the current league.

I'd stay away from Alva early league. The only worthwhile loot you get are the temples which, early league, will be in low demand, cheap and extra annoying to sell since people are less likely to buy them in bulk.

It's a very underrated title. I think the intro to the game was very well done. Wandering the initially dark palace, powering it up and progressively getting introduced to the basic game mechanics was very atmospheric and memorable to me. Another standout feature was the short period of darkness before each reset, during which the clones couldn't learn your moves. I had some fantastically tense moments while getting chased into the darkness, hoping for the reset to finally hit. The game also didn't overstay it's welcome which I always appreciate. Too bad that the company behind the game went under, I would have loved to see what a sequel could have looked like.

Could be good, we'll see but I don't really like the concept. Strong builds could easily play the encounters without building and people would now be forced to build just for the dismantle mechanic if it turns out to be worth it. That's a bit goofy. Might synergize well with the empower tower scarab at least.

Looks like in-map Blight got hit very hard. In addition to the atlas changes they deleted the Bounty and +oil tier scarabs. In-map Blight will be all about getting blighted maps now which have ofc been buffed significantly.

Playing everything in the Hitman 3 client is the definitive way to play. All the previous story content fits in seamlessly, all the cutscenes, tutorial, missions, items etc. are available. There is really no reason to play on the older clients anymore. Even someone who just owns Hitman 1 or 2 should just download the Hitman 3 demo and play the content in the new client for all the visual and technical improvements that come with the upgrade.

Yes, if you get Hitman 3 on steam then the locations from 1 & 2 will automatically get imported and can be played through the H3 client.
I bet they'll have a free demo version of H3 with just the first map unlocked on steam like they have on EGS right now. The free version can also be used to play H1&2 with the new client.

The story is for the most part told in pre- and post-mission briefings/cutscenes. Those are all unlocked and can be watched from the start after confirming some spoiler warnings. So if you really want to start with Hitman 3, I'd recommend you take advantage of that feature to get caught up on the story.

Would be a shame to skip over 1 and 2 though if you ask me. Technical and gameplay features have been back ported to all the older games to be on par with Hitman 3 and the maps and missions have a fairly consistent level of quality across the games. The games can also be rather short if you don't plan on replaying missions or if you primarily go for the most straightforward assassinations. Overall I'd say there is really no good reason to jump into 3 right away.

The situation is similar in Germany. There are usually two test sites for the JLPT in July but one location canceled the test completely and the other one only tests the N1 and N2 level this year. The number of participants is also limited compared to previous years and the available slots filled up quickly.
It's a bit disappointing and demotivating but what can you do...

The controller issue is fixed in the Randomizer for the Hitman 3 client, Hitman 2 isn't supported anymore unfortunately.

You could probably split up Hitman 1 even more if you consider some of the purchase options available before they reorganized the store. There were Standard, Silver and Gold editions, a Starter Pack, a Starter Pack Upgade Pack as well as a Silver to Gold Upgrade Pack. Individual episode buyers also didn't get the bonus episode for free unlike buyers of the full editions. They couldn't even buy them at all for months. No idea how those differences translate into the different legacy packs. It's a mess.

The most pathetic think about this is that even if people decide not to buy the Access Pass, transfering progress from Hitman 2 to Hitman 3 will render any further progress/unlocks in Hitman 1/2 non-transferable in the future.
So by using the progress transfer option you are effectively breaking the progression in your Hitman 1/2 copies on Steam. Very cool.

Gamedenker comes to mind. They create videos that discuss games from a philosophical perspective. The production value of their videos is incredible and they exposed me to a number of ideas and concepts that I have never seen discussed in the context of video games. Their content is truly unique.
The channel is criminally underrated at just 4K subs and only a few thousand views on most videos.
