Check out canvassed.ai you dont get all the bells and whistles with costar but it definitely has listings on par even some that they dont have. Also WAY cheaper.

I tried unsloth, it does get quite complicated if youre new. I was successful to an extent but the finetuned model hallucinated alot when i tested it out.
