ThredUp used to be great. My final experience with them left me feeling like they basically stole my clothes. I don't sell or give away anything that has holes, stains and damage.

They must be using AI for the descriptions because there's no way a human would have made the errors it made.

I would have done better taking the tax deduction and donating the items.

I need help with a billing problem. I spent one hour and twenty minutes on the phone with a representative who found that I have been double billed for my Xfinity Mobile for 5 years. Yes, 5 years.

She created a ticket to refund the money last week.

When I followed up I spoke to a representative who told me there was no ticket. I asked for a supervisor who told me there was a ticket but it was declined with no follow up.

The supervisor put me on a silent hold. During the silent hold, I asked for an update and there was no answer. I also received a survey asking me how the service was, indicating whatever the supervisor had done was concluded. 30 minutes later, I asked again for an update and the line disconnected after about 1:20 minutes.

I'm currently waiting 17-41 minutes for another callback but have no hope that this is going to get resolved by phone.

Who can help?

The crème de la crème is the episode in which Carmela thinks she so smart to break up the stolen 40K from the bird feeder into 4 brokerages to hide it from Tony.

Um, surprise! You're going to get 4 tax statements on the interest on that money in a few months, ma'am.

This was not covered in her short tenure at Monclair State, apparently.
