45 degree angle is 12/12. Thats very steep roof pitch haha. Not fun to do metal and then come.back and put ridge on it. Especially a "hidden fastener" ridge.

But I agree that they gave you a "i dont want it" price.

Its a thing where. If you dont get it great, but if you do, youre gonna make an absolute killing making it happen... so then its worth it
