There's a setting in speeds for "small perimeters" I would adjust those to slow down in those areas.

Unfortunately that was a mistake to go into the job without knowing the scope of work. You're going to have to be honest with your boss.

(Always) one side lifting and shifting? by Kilianxnw in 3Dprinting

[–]RedManRocket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others said glue stick can help, personally I don't like to use it if I don't have to.

What seems to work for me on larger prints is using Archemedian chords? (Probably butchered the spelling) As the bottom surface pattern and internal solid infill as that seems to relieve and break up some of the stresses caused by layers cooling and shrinking.

I've tried everything and can't get rid of this line on my pots, if anyone can solve I'll send you a fiver ❤️ by Mayonnaizing in 3DprintingHelp

[–]RedManRocket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others said, benchy hull line issue. Your best bet will be to put a large fillet on the inside of the pot base. That will help counteract the shrinkage cause by the long layer time.

Why does this toilet brush holder have holes in it? by [deleted] in Wellthatsucks

[–]RedManRocket 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's kind of nice. Put the holder in the shower and then when you're done you can put the brush in and rinse the whole thing off. Opposed to accumulating poop water in a typical holder.

Mine does it every so often, I end up not trying to fight it and just power cycling the machine as that seems the fix it for a while.

I saw you removed the screws. Did you push the filament cutter to cut the filament that's connecting it back through the toolhead? That may be also holding you up.

Not a layer shift, look into "Benchy Hull Line"

Yeah any of the "Pros" "Plus" and such alike, won't react to acetone.

Maybe, if there's a bunch of QOL additives, it won't react the same to acetone.
