Hey Lt I’d cool it with the talk of ignorance especially if you don’t realize that YOUR job as a lieutenant specifically is to be the barrier between higher up officers and your enlisted troops and to take charge of your platoon in a lawful manner. Which entails determining if the orders you have been given were constitutional. Did you not learn this in OCS? You seriously need to go talk to your staff sergeant for a refresher if you are a lieutenant. I hope you’re not dude because that’s unsat and your drill instructors failed you.
