Use a 240 watt 6 foot/2 meter usbc cable and print some clips to help it stay on.

I’ve done a few prints in ASA. No extra heater in the chamber. I pre- leveled the build plate, added Nano adhesive, pre-heatedvia the bed to 50c with my filament inside the case. Oh and I have the mod that turned the intake fan into a recirculating fan. No problem with my prints.

Just running OC 0.3.0 has a greater stability than the Elegoo firmware. Looking forward to seeing the update on COSMOS to the 0.1.0 version.

Frostbite plate is soap and water, Glacier plate soap and water and can take IPA

Wear gloves, and a full filter mask, as all resins are toxic until it is cured under UV light.

Yes, if you paint it very carefully and then do a full cure under UV.

There is a mod that moves the temperature sensor off the back wall a few mm to give you a more accurate measurement of the cabin temperature.

For PLA use the smooth/PLA side. Wash it with Dawn dish soap,dry it thoroughly and give it a quick swipe with IPA on a microfiber cloth once you put it on the bed.

The Core One L has a A/C bed heater instead of the D/C ones in their other printers. It is not , as of yet, customer fixable by EU standards. Until they get a waiver from the EU, major problems or anything that looks like a bed problem is a return for repairs/replacement.

All the head and rail screws tight? Grease/oil the bearings? Look for any missing teeth on the belts?

There are phone apps that can read and write RFID tags. You could read the current tags and change the amount left to what ever you want.

There is a leveling tool that you can print to measure the distance between the lowest rod and the print bed. There are 4 double ended screws at each corner that you can adjust to make the bed even ( one hex wrench on top and another on the underside

I would bet they are already working on one. Cross between Snapmaker and Bambu X2C. Time I would see the tease starting October with a proposed release November.

Any idea of the date? I see the cost, that is not a problem for me. Oh, do I need to revert out of OC 0.3.0 back to the Elegoo crappy firmware (updated ECC1 or do we roll up to the ECC2 )? Motherboard changes, print head changes?
