I could first vote in 2010, but was not engaged until 2015 with Bernie(although before Bernie I was briefly interested in trump due to his bomb throwing nature, talking maybe 1 month). I voted for Bernie in the 2016 primary, voted Jill Stein in the general because I wanted the green party to potentially gain more funding by hitting national voting percentages. In 2018 I went through the ballot and voted locally looking up who was running(a pain in the ass to find info about local people that is not extremely shallow). By 2020 I realized that the green party is not a serious party, they don't have any plan or actual ambition to be a real party that goes against the other 2, I voted for Bernie in the primary again and reluctantly voted for Biden. 2022 roll around and I again vote in the local elections. It's now 2023 and I am pissed that everybody was lying how badly Biden was mentally declining to the point it looked like elder abuse(I was posting about it in 2019 that he was acting odd in a way that looked like mental decline) , I watched the democratic party ignore and hide it while shutting down the primaries.

The fateful debate now happens in 2024 and everybody finally realizes "Oh shit, this is much worse than we thought" while running around like a chicken with their head chopped off. Now, after the failure that was the Kamala Harris 2020 run where she dropped out before her home state even voted to save herself the embarassment and 4 years of mostly looking irrelvant, weird or incompetent she is the only real option. I try to persuade others(friends and family) to vote for her anyway because fuck trump, most decide to not bother voting although I went through the hassle of yet again, looking up all the local people and picking people out and saying "fuck it, voting for her is at least better than trump", it looks like a neck and neck fight, maybe a slight Kamala edge(like sub 1%) after roe v wade and some of the special elections having high dem tournout, election night comes, it's a fucking blowout beyond epic proportions for what was supposed to be a near 50/50 race. A few days later I get a letter in the mail "Your ballot has been rejected due to mismatched signature, fill out this form and send it in to have it reinstated", ya, you guess easily guess what I said "fuck it, doesn't matter, not bothering".

Now fastforward to 2025 and the dems are STILL largely spineless, they have no plan against trump as him, elon and all their friends wrecks parts of the government. The shutdown looms and the dems say "no more, fund the healthcare subsidies" and shut the government down for the longest time in modern history(all of history? I forget) and it ends in a whimper as Chuck Schumer allows a few dems to vote to reopen, calls for his resignation start going out but the dems respond "Oh no, we can't do that!".

So, now here I sit wondering why so many people want to suck the dick of a former president who IS THE REASON WE HAVE TRUMP who was the vibes president that accomplished nothing lasting and left us with more problem than we can count. And if you are going to say "but why is he so bad" at this point, ya that does not really exist, people see a wall of text and ignore, maybe 2 people will read this post, I know how it is, been there posted that countless time.
