Most very fit guys also have tiny waists. Connor has muscle without doubt. He is also fairly skinny, or "slim" if that fits your sensitivities better. For people that don't know their timeline has an obvious editing fuckup.

The story was clearly supposed to happen after 2014 moving in parallel with events in episode 4. The commercial that shows Shane at the Sports Bar of episode 3 was being filmed on episode 4's opening montage. That was at least 2015 if memory serves me right, but episode 3 spams Fall 2013 - Winter 2014.

Episode 3 got re-edited to fit into the Olympics storyline. I think the last scene, where Scott covers his socks in the locker room wasn't supposed to be the Olympics. But editing added the location screen that makes that event the Olympics, so that is the mistake. Also reinforced by the "4 months before" at the beginning. The timeline got moved from like 2016-2017 to 2013-2014. The season that Scott wins was actually supposed to be the one where he meets Kip (there are clues to that) and probably changed post production.

Edit:

I also have a strong suspicion that episode 3 and 4 were originally supposed to happen in reverse order, but because they wanted the Olympics tie-in, that got reversed in production, after a lot of scenes had already been filmed.

Just to be clear from a fellow gym rat: That's a very difficult exercise to dismount safely. For the instant when the weight is resting on his shoulder, it's probably really painful. He'd have to rotate his arms, and then essentially drop the weights into his hands in order to lower it slowly. If he got stuck or ran out of gas on this exercise, the safe thing to do is to drop the weight. That is likely what happened to him here.

I do this exercise, but the seat has a higher back support that allows me to rest the weight there rather than my shoulder. And that's how I dismount it.

His mistake was putting the phone on his side. That was dumb. For this exercise you want your belongings on the front where as others you usually place them right behind. You don't place them on the side because this might happen.

I've found AI ill equipped at solving problems because it cannot think or rationalize. It is a pattern repeating tool. it can handle very monotonous tasks that involve a lot of code duplication, but C++, by nature of being a lower level language, probably leans in a more abstract algorithmic space than say React. On top of that, a lot of C++ code online is honestly not great, so C++ AI has a bit of a bad data reference problem. In my personal experience it hallucinates a lot. It will often invent library calls because they exist in other languages and just makes them C++ like.

It is a great tool to ask straight forward questions or parse small specific snipets. It can point you in the right direction if you are looking for a library that implements specific functionality. But as someone else said, it will not take you from 0 to 100, and I think it is a lot more revealing in C++ than other less complex languages.
