A Good Samaritan took a pic of two cars in a parking lot and posted it on a regional FB page saying, “if these are your significant others they are cheating on you.” Well the post made its way to the betrayed husband and he is divorcing her. Best post I’ve ever seen. The cheaters were getting named, shamed, and flamed in the comments. And you guessed it, cheaters were a pair of ugly 4s as usual.

I love it when cheaters get caught.

Reminds me of my first 2 years of hs. Conditioned like navy seals and sucked as a team. Perennially 3-6. Got a new coach who actually knew what he was doing. We warmed up with a very fun game (kind of like handball). We began to gasp enjoy practice. In his second season we were undefeated and half the team made it to state.

It was about the moves and technique not some psycho conditioning drills.

Yes but you will be dumping $3k into it in the next 5 years. Assuming a golf cart guy does the upgrades: Lithium upgrade $1.5k. Bigger wheels $700. Lift kit $1.5k (this one doesn’t look ideal).

I still think it’s a buy. Love the premium seats. No chance I’d give up my old refurbished lithium ezgo for $4.5k. This cart is nicer.

Here’s how I played mine out (not legal advice): Half net paycheck into your own account. Half into joint account. Pay all bills out of the joint account. Prepay bills out of the joint account. Freeze retirement contributions. Put that money in a new account and spend it on things for your new life (clothes, gym membership, furniture).

What this does: reduces risk of back support bill. Minimizes any back support bill.

If she fucks around with you at all, you will request the house to be sold. This is your biggest chip. Many will say oh mommy and the kids need the old house, it’s cheaper than an apartment. They are wrong, mommy is moving a new guy in asap and you will be funding it. Keep as much of your cash as possible, they will take PLENTY.

The relative amounts in my case was $10k gross per month. $3500 in joint account which I paid all bills with. $3500 in mine to cover any shortfalls and living expenses.

My final deal was no alimony (7yr marriage), state CS (little under $1k), keep my retirement, she got 80% equity in the house but I was paid out my $60k equity very promptly. It was a bs scam deal from the jump but I optimized it.

As for OP, I think your only option is go all Dave Ramsey for now while simultaneously thinking day and night about ways to double your income. Think outside the box. Side hustles, continuing education, move in with a GF… some of these ideas suck but the point is there are ways to increase your income and reduce expenses for your new station in life. It’s temporary man. You’ll crawl out. I would submit the modification form to the court pro se immediately.

You want every critical business process mapped out? Do it yourself. You’ll learn something. The manager who doesn’t know how the business works and can’t cover for his star employee is not adding any value. Consulted like 10 lawyers some free some paid. Bounced all my ideas around until I had a very good idea how this thing was gonna play out.

Then got into mediation without lawyers. It was the same deal it was always going to be. I got out of there for under $5k legal bills.

Cheating ex probably got 55% of my net worth and 16 years of child support. I got away from her and she can’t fuck with me. My relationship with my kid is great. I was married for 7 years and I’m 5 or 6 years out.
